“An appraisal is conducted by collecting as much objective data as possible and then, based on that data, making a subjective decision.”

TRUTH
Campbell and Associates collects, analyzes, interprets, and evaluates data. Campbell and Associates is not associated nor “partnered” with any financial institution, marketer, re-marketer, auctioneer, accounting firm, or any other related industry.
Our income is derived solely through our appraisal and consultation practice. Our opinions are independent and unbiased. To the best of our ability, we tell the truth.
TRUST
An appraisal is an opinion. No matter how good the research or how good the computer and its software, value conclusions are only as good as the person(s) preparing the report. This requires trust from our clients and this trust must be earned. Sometimes our clients don’t like hearing the truth, but without truth there can be no trust.
LOYALTY
Campbell and Associates was established in 1969 as a result of a client who trusted our ability to perform a service. Today, we still have a continuing relationship with that client. This loyalty was built on a foundation of truth and trust.
HONESTY
All of us at Campbell and Associates love appraising. While we particularly enjoy unusual and unique assignments, we treat no appraisal as being “routine”. While we are hired to value assets, more importantly, we value our clients.
Honesty is what truth, trust, and loyalty is all about. |
