Initially educated as an architect, David Campbell has personally been actively involved in the fields of cost estimating and the appraisal of machinery and equipment for over 30 years.  Additional areas of work include historical cost studies, replacement and reproduction construction cost estimates and damage estimates.

Mr. Campbell appraises unique and special purpose facilities, industrial and commercial facilities, including medical, chemical, petrochemical, computers, printing, hotel, restaurant, recording, broadcasting, electronics, and process utility systems.

Mr. Campbell also has extensive experience in courtroom testimony throughout the United States.  He also has had significant involvement in the development of much of the methodology currently utilized by most machinery and equipment appraisers.
